One More establishes itself in Arlandastad

Arlandastad Group has entered into a joint venture with BRA Bygg. The joint venture company has signed a 10-year lease agreement with One More AB. The new agreement includes the construction of a new building located in Arlandastad.

One More is an event production company that designs, builds, transports, and stores solutions for all types of events, trade shows, and retail stores. The company is based in Gothenburg with its head office, terminal, and carpentry workshop, but a significant portion of its operations are in the Stockholm area. The company now needs to expand and has chosen Arlandastad for its new premises.

The property totals 3,000 sqm. Upon completion, the building will have an area of approximately 1,800 sqm GFA, adapted for warehouse and office spaces. The estimated move-in date is summer 2025.
