Arlandastad Group owns and operates two of Sweden's largest development areas. In both Skavsta and Arlanda, the state and municipalities are implementing billions in investments in new infrastructure.

To create value, we develop areas where businesses have great opportunities to grow by building and developing, selling and managing properties in Arlandastad and Skavsta. In cases where we see that we can add value, we also run operational activities. We work in close collaboration with society, the state and municipalities to ensure infrastructure solutions, community investments and effective decision-making paths.

290 hectares in Arlandastad

In Arlandastad, Arlandastad Group owns a 290-hectare area of land with a strategic location close to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, the E4 motorway and between Stockholm and Uppsala – a destination for people and companies to collaborate and develop. In close collaboration with partners, we develop the place with a long-term horizon. Businesses such as Volvo, Renault, Toyota, Autohero and Carglass are already established here within the framework of Drivelab – a hub for the automotive industry with test tracks, training and event rooms and more.

In Arlandastad, you can also find Ahlsell, Byggmax, Scandic Hotels, Strawberry Quality Hotel, Scandinavian XPO – a meeting and event arena with more than 700 hotel rooms, as well as Nybygget – a viewing area for houses from Sweden's leading house manufacturers.

Hub for infrastructure where the state invests billions

Our development areas in Arlandastad and Skavsta are adjacent to the airports Arlanda Stockholm Airport and Stockholm Skavsta Airport. We specialise in developing large areas at infrastructure hubs – where the state invests billions in infrastructure developments.

We work in close collaboration with society, the state and municipalities to ensure infrastructure solutions, community investments and effective decision-making paths. In Arlandastad, we do this through Arlandastad Groups part-ownership in Airport City Stockholm – a collaboration with Swedavia and Sigtuna kommun. Our common goal is to work for a city that, with its exceptional location, provides opportunities for people and companies to grow.
