Accessibility and Efficiency

Integrated and well-planned – this is how the best conditions for good infrastructure are created. With the new tunnel under the E4 motorway, accessibility to the area increases. The tunnel was completed in July 2021 and is designed for all types of vehicles as well as public transport. Its design and dimensions also place no limitations on future alternatives such as rail traffic.

Main Road Connects the Entire Area

In addition to the full-sized tunnel, the expansion of the main thoroughfare throughout the area has been completed. When the new main road was inaugurated in November 2022, accessibility and smoother establishment for future businesses significantly increased. While accessibility to and within the area is improving, more districts and blocks are being planned in detail and developed. One of the areas the road passes through is F60 Business Park, a 125,000 sqm business park.

Acting as an artery from the tunnel through the entire area northward, the main road becomes a natural link lined with Arlandastad's offerings.

Planning early, but above all investing in infrastructure, is about creating opportunities. With the infrastructure in place, future establishments and continued development of the land become possible without losing momentum.
