
Skavstalund Quarter - for those who want to be part of building Skavsta
The Skavstalund Quarter is a 5.7-hectare area that was previously a long-term parking facility. Initial plans include two buildings, each spanning 2,500 square meters. The premises will be adapted for businesses that can benefit from the strategic location near Stockholm Skavsta Airport, the E4 motorway, and the future Ostlänken railway station.

Nyköping Municipality's new vocational high school in Skavsta
The project encompasses a total of approximately 6,700 sqm of premises and 3,500 sqm of land area. The new school facilities will collectively accommodate 330 students. Occupancy will take place in phases, with the first occupancy scheduled for January 2027.
