By the time of occupancy, the new Halmsjövägen will also see significantly increased public transport services. We typically construct the properties after a lease agreement has been signed with the tenant. This means there's an opportunity to influence the layout, material choices, and functions within the premises. While this collaborative process might sometimes mean a slightly longer wait for move-in, it also ensures that the space meets your exact wishes and that your business can move into purpose-built premises.  

The area will feature multi-story buildings, designed for multiple tenants as well as for a single large tenant. Total Defence

The cluster has been named Capital Defense Cluster (CDC) and targets businesses within the various sectors identified as having a role in Sweden's Total Defence. This can include technology, light manufacturing, warehousing, and storage in times of crisis, as well as service production and service industries that require premises and land with an extra security classification.

The area offers opportunities for underground storage, shared premises with coordinated access control, facilities for private meetings, training, exercises, and individual office spaces. There will also be options for short-term overnight stays within the restricted area, as well as a visitor center for arrivals and guests from Arlanda Airport or other external locations, who can then be escorted into the area.

Accessibility
